| Is there a dress code for the classes ? | Yes. There is a dress code for the classes. - Salwar or Leggings - bottom - Kurthi or long Indian Tunic - Top - Dupatta - Hair tied up away from face.( braid or pony) |
| What is the minimum age to register for classes? | Admissions are open to anyone 5 years and above. All students will have a trial session to evaluate their eligibility to join. They can enroll only after the trial session. |
| What is the fees structure for group classes? | Monthly fees is for one class per week. Any additional class will be $15 per class. 1 class is 1 hour long for all age groups. Fees has to be paid by the 10th of every month. Fines may apply if payment is not done in a timely manner. |
| What is the fees structure for On-on-One classes? | One on One classes will be charged per class. |
| If a student is absent will she get a make up class ? | If a class is cancelled by us, make up class will be set up. If a student misses a class, we can help her catch up the next class, but we cannot make up that class just for that one student. |
| What are the options to fast track a student ? | In order to make faster progress, students can register to attend additional classes. Another option for student is to choose a one on one session. You can reach out to us to get more details. Check out Fast Track from main menu for more details. |
| Do you provide certificate courses ? | Madhyam and SAMPADA affiliations enable us to provide for students to take certificate course exams. The children opting for these courses will have separate preparatory sessions which will be considered as additional classes. |
| Do you provide performance opportunities for kids ? | Yes. All students will perform at our Annual Recital. We also provide kids opportunities to perform at festivals, charity events and cultural events outside of the school. |
| Can my child skip levels ? | Yes, if the child has the capabilities, he/she can skip levels. Reach out at 732-618-8726 to discuss about skipping levels. An evaluation session can be arranged to see readiness and aptitude to skip levels. |
| Are instruction videos provided ? | Class videos are provided to assist students while practicing at home. Videos for general adavus are provided. But there are some restrictions on some video material due to the proprietary content/material or copyright issues. |
| Is there an Annual recital held by dance school ? | Yes, we have an Annual Recital where all students get an opportunity to perform. |
| Is there a fee for the Annual Recital ? | Yes, all participants have to pay an Annual Recital Fees. |
