The School and its Vision |
---|
Takajum dance school was established in 2011 with an aim to foster a rich cultural environment where students can learn and appreciate the classical Indian dance forms. With over 12 plus years of training young dancers, we have created a very methhodical and innovative approach to teaching Bharathanatyam & Mohiniattam. |
We strongly believe in working to make arts matter. Takajum is a chapter sponsor for National Honor Society for Dance Arts. Our students in the 9-12 and 6-8 grades are eligible to apply to be inducted into the National Honor Society for Dance Arts. This will definitely be a great achievement for any young dancer. We are affiliated to Madhyam and SAMPADA. Students can apply for certificate courses provided by Madhyam and SAMPADA for Bharathanatyam. |
